This company was founded in 1993 with the construction of a small artisan cheese factory, in which we used the milk of our own goats, producing a cheese elaborated according to the traditional and ancestral forms of our region.

In 1997 we introduced the PROTECTED DENOMINATION OF ORIGIN OF IBORES CHEESE and built our present factory, maintaining, of course, our traditional form to elaborate this product.
